"This was my first experience dinning at The Chop House. The atmosphere was nice and the dinning area was clean. My party was seated in the basement. I was not aware that there was basement seating, which was fine. However, the hostess didn't inquire if anyone needed to access an elevator (if there was one available). The wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable when it came to menu questions and recommendations. My water glass was always full and the plates were cleared immediately (table crumbs too). I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye. It was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The Au Gratin potatoes were delicious. The sauce on the 3 cheese macaroni and cheese was watery, but it could be just preference as I like a thicker cheese sauce. I would definitely return for another dinning experience."
