"My fiancé ordered the pan roasted chicken. As this was a $40 piece of chicken, she expected higher quality. When she received her order, the chicken’s flavor was wonderful but way too dry to eat. Haley, our waitress, was quick to handle the issues, and a manager came to speak with us to make things right. We really appreciated this. We asked for a remake of the chicken to give it a second chance, and they graciously redid our order. Unfortunately, the chicken came out just as dry. I hate to give such a low rating because the staff was very generous, but the food quality was poor."

"Wonderful experience overall! Great place for a nice date. We decided to try something new and chose Mazen's. I made a reservation via their Facebook page for the same day at 5pm. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately. Atmosphere: comfortable, linen table cloth, very elegant, 4 chairs to a general table. Candle on table. There are various rooms with various seating arrangements. The bathrooms were very clean. Service: attentive and able to make recommendations. Friendly and easy to talk to. Food: The best steak I have ever had! We also had the bread, lamb lollipops appetizer, mac cheese, roasted duck, ceasar salsd, and lemon blueberry crepes. Nothing bad to say about the food at all! They also have great raspberry tea! Menu: Fish, salads, duck, lamb, quail, steak, veal, shrimp, soups. They have sides such as the mac cheese, potato au gratin, creamed spinach, asparagus, broccoli, etc. Price: it was expensive. For all of the items mentioned above, it came to about $145."

"Brought my wife to this historical eatery on the recommendation of a friend. Luckily, we arrived before most of the reservations were filled so we were able to eat. I would encourage anyone looking to go here to call ahead and make a reservation. We were seated on the mezzanine with our waiter Derrick. My wife got the Gamberetti with a salad and I got the Tuscan Chicken with a salad. We also tried the Haven on Earth and Lemon Blueberry Smash, both of which were excellent for different reasons. The team there at The Villa Harlequin demonstrated exceptional customer service for another table that had reserved a table for 18 people and showed up with 24. The team found chairs and extra table space to accommodate them. Absolutely amazing food, atmosphere, and service. My wife and I will definitely be going back for another date."

"The experience here was less than satisfying. The waitress made sure to rattle off all of the prices for everything that she described. It was only noticeable because she didn't do it at any other table she served near us. Since we were the only people of color in the restaurant, I can only assume it was an issue for her. I then had another server adjust an A/C unit above me without say pardon me or excuse me. The unit then began to drip on my wife and I. We requested to be moved and were eventually. This was our 24th wedding anniversary and dinner was a bust."
