"I have not been to Nobu in 10 years. The food was great but I think it lacks innovation and it is extremely expensive for what you get. For example, the yellowtail jalapeño sashimi on a ponzu sauce used to be a signature dish here but now it is offered in many many restaurants for much cheaper and it is equally fresh and good. There are many other options that I would chose before going to Nobu in Miami where I could eat equal or far superior food. It is definitely a scene if that is what you are looking for but to me, that is not worthwhile the premium pricing."

"Excellent ! We loved the food and the drinks! Innovative and interesting menu and the dishes are as tasty as they sound. Four of us shared a sampler appetizer plate, Mantoo, A vegetarian plate, and Beef Kofta kabob with saffron rice. The portions were ample, but not huge, and had distinctive, well balanced flavors. We will be back!"

"I'm so glad this place survived. Pre Covid, this was one of my favorite places to get great sushi. Always fresh, satisfying via their perfect flavor combinations. I cannot go without getting an order of their chicken gyoza. Steamed or pan fried, your choice. My dragon roll was a complementary balance of textures and tastes that left me satiated. I've been going here for four years, so I say with confidence whatever you order here, you'll walk away full...and happy. Aplus recommends."

"Went to Sushi Couture basically out of convenience. We had a long day at the beach and did not feel like dressing and trekking over to Katsuya at the SLS. Not the right decision. Most sushi in South Beach is over priced but Sushi Couture was over priced and way underwhelming in taste, portion, and creativity. We left hungry and disappointed. We are not Nobu fans at all so if you want great sushi in SB head over to Katsuya."
