"Very dissatisfied with service and food. Group of 7, including 3 children. Took 25 minutes for drinks order to come. Sat waiting over hour and 15 minutes for main meal to arrive. Had to prompt waiting staff several times to which we got a response of "one minute" on several occasions. Children's meal arrived, chicken and chips. Chicken was pink in the middle. The waitress huffed when we asked for it to be sent back. The same piece arrived 10 minutes later, grey and dry! The children did not eat anything. 2 adults in our party ordered the special which was half a lobster. The meat in the body was warm but in the tail was stone cold. The manager did not seem concerned or even apologetic about the terrible service and food. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant. There are much nicer places to eat further along the front."
