"What I've encountered yesterday at the restaurant was a very bad experience with one of the staff's. I used to be a tolerant person but we were served very disrespectful. The quail was very delicious so I order one more to a lady behind the cashier and she did not respond at all. Even not with a nod. She just went to the kitchen and returning with, again, no respond at all. So me and my husband thought that she didn't get what we asked for, so I stopped another waiter and asked again, politely of course. The previous lady then just jumped out to me and SHOUTED at me in front of my face that I should not ordered another one to the other waiter cause I would ordered it twice. I've tried to defend myself but she kept shouting at me. Me and my husband was so shocked with her RUDE attitude, let alone that my young son witnessed this all. This is our second time in this restaurant and we really feel that the attitude of one of your staffs will stop us from going there again."
