"The food was fine but the service was really great, my partner asked for a specific white wine but they didn’t have it and suggested something else they put it in ice upon my arrival. Oysters were delicious. Salmon was good, but I would’ve accompanied it with something a bit better. The ambiance was nice, good music, nice atmosphere. I suggested it to my friends. The elevator to the restaurant is really a nice thing since it was very hard for my friend to use the stairs after a surgery"

"I have been to the Mile quite a few times when it first opened, it was a great place to go for lunch and drinks. Now, it has become THE place to hang out for millennials. Getting a table on a thursday friday saturday is nearly impossible...without a good hour wait. Sometimes, my friend and I will stick it out and wait, and sometimes we just give up and go elsewhere. When we do manage to get inside we always ask to sit at the bar, for many reasons: better, quicker and friendlier service, you sit closer together so you can actually hear each other talk, and if you so happen to be near the DJ on certain nights, you can ask for a few songs! I do not recommend if you want a quiet romantic evening. Food is alright for value."

"Most folks go expecting regular Canadian style Chinese food however this place goes far beyond. There are two menus. The black menu is for a more average style Chinese food but even then it's far better than most restaurants. The green menu is full of...amazing delights all fresh and delicious. The lobster, shrimp, the hot pots and veggie plates are all excellent. The owner walks around and chats with customers. Should you have any questions, she is pleased to answer and if you would like something made to order she makes your wish happen. This is also a BYOW spot so feel free to bring your favourite with to compliment an awesome meal. We eat there at least once a week."
