"Was here 1 year ago and it was amazing, returned this year and was less than happy! Menu was closer to bar food than that of a steak house. Was looking forward to the fantastic service, food, and atmosphere we had experienced from the previous year. What my wife and I experienced was subpar service from a female that just seemed to not care if we enjoyed the food or addressing any of the concerns we had. Moving on to the food. We ordered an appetizer that we had the previous year. The stuffed mushrooms were ok but not nearly as good as the year before. We had decided on the catfish and fries for the entree since, from the new menu it was closer to bar food and we figured it was hard to screw up deep frying food and still wanting to give it a shot. The catfish and fries were soaked in grease. The fries were covered in to much seasoning and not crisp. I squeezed one and grease dripped from it onto the plate. The catfish smelled fishy. Still had the silver skin on it and was not fit to eat. The coleslaw that came with our meal tasted like mayo over cabbage. As for the atmosphere, well the place is beautiful, except that the entire time we were there employees were going out on the patio and smoking. I figured the management would have put an end to it but upon closer inspection the management was out there with them! This is supposed to be a steakhouse, but they only have 2 steaks and not worth the time. Menus are wore out and dated in terms of the cover. If this place wants to make a profit they need to revamp management, adjust menu, clean the place up, and make smart decisions about where to spend the money. Our meal cost $48.00. I left a tip because my wife is much kinder than I. If it wasnt for her and being our 1 day out a week I would have lit the manager up and explained that this is their job and they should get to fixing it instead of allowing them to continue. If the manager worked for me I would send them packing! Thank you"

"I will begin by saying I like sams club, and I know that she akkordeon and I agreed to a membership that she chk. but I will not wait behind 10-15 ppl standing in the line to see my entrance. I went past the ppl waiting ursache my time is important. the lady who checks the reception literally gets out and keeps me from going. I said the dame, I won't wait behind 10-15 ppl and she couldn't be out to stop me from leaving. if they do this, have taken more ppl review. but physically trying to stop someone from doing it is not the one to do business. my time is as important as any other. if ppl's choice to stand and wait, that's good of me, but if I don't wait, they don't hang on me or my things. urpolitik will eventually hurt someone."
