"It was my wife’s birthday. She ordered a rib-eye which was monstrous in size! It was more than she could eat, so bits and pieces were deposited on my plate for consumption. I found the meat very tasty and tender, but my personal preference is filet mignon. My filet was grilled to perfection! I asked for rare plus and medium rare minus. Perfect!! The lobster mashed potatoes we split. This was an appetizer—delicious! Sizable chunks of lobster. The Caesar salad was a good choice, and the goat ice cream with a few berries was a great finish to a marvelous meal. We did learn afterwards that the rib-eye steak can be ordered in a smaller portion, with an accompanying price reduction. Great meal from an amazing chef! I highly recommend the Barge."
