"We ordered a burger Sat night 3 times. First time the bread was so charred beyond eating. Second time we sat and waited 30 mins on the waitress to bring us some mayo which she never did. Once we got her attention and stressed how we weren’t going to pay for the burger she then sent the owner/ security over. He then went and got a third burger, again no mayo. When we finally got his attention to request some mayo another 10-20 mins had elapsed. It was then he alerted us there were no mayo available in the restaurant. I felt that was important info to know when ordering a burger. Somebody had to know there weren’t any mayo available that night. If they had told us we would’ve ordered something else. They didn’t even offer a replacement dish in place of food we didn’t eat."

"I’ve been here multiple times before it was closed down for a year and always order the same thing which is the fried lobster and French toast and it was always consistent and had great taste. Unfortunately, the fried lobster I’ve ordered after the re-opening was not full of flavor and the recipe wasn’t the same as it was before. I was very disappointed in the taste, it was extremely difficult getting the lobster meat out. With the old recipe from a year ago, the fried lobster was already pulled out and seasoned to perfection. This time, the seasoning was minimal and bland. However, the atmosphere was still amazing as before and they even had a DJ, the servers were well accommodating. The other issue I found was that their server asked for my zip code to process my payment which I found extremely weird because she said I had a chip in my card and it didn’t allow it to use tap. Overall, I give my experience a 7/10, I prefer the old menu and recipe before the restaurant was shut down a year ago. Drinks are still good thankfully!!"

"We love Chops! It's a treat for us to have dinner there and I always have the lobster tail broiled and it's always perfect. My husband had the lamb chops also perfect. We paired it with the hash ‘tots' and corn mash. Delicious dinner! Our server was attentive with pouring the wine. And he gave us plenty of time to enjoy our meal and finish the wine afterwards"

"Went to SOS tiki bar just for Mushi Ni. The chicken gyoza were great. I think the appetizers in general are good. However, I was really disappointed with their baos. The flavor was very average. I tried the pork, cauliflower, shrimp baos. It is overpriced for what you get so definitely to be ordered as finger food and not dinner. SOS tiki drinks are bomb though"

"We only came for the AYCE crab legs on Monday to try it out. They were small; the seasoning was on point for us! It's paid parking in front of the restaurant. They played lots of music from 1995 to 2010, which was really lovely!! Our waitress was amiable and accommodating. It did take them a long time to bring out extra crab legs. They would wait for you to finish your first cluster and let you know the cook will make more; 20 minutes later, they would bring it out. You get served one cluster at a time, lol until you finish it. It'll be steaming hot when they do bring it out. The seasoning was very buttery and garlicky, not overwhelming. We spent over 2 hours there to eat our worth because it was $45 per person, plus the time we spent waiting for our next cluster to come out. I don't think I will go back because it took them too long to serve, like they were short-staffed, which they weren't when there were only 2 other parties there."
