"We stayed on my wife's birthday for 1 night. The hotel is beautiful and we upgraded to the junior suite. Most staff were great. Only issue we had was there was no hot water the next morning. Reception did explain they were doing all they could but we ended up having to have a strip wash using hot water from the kettle before we checked out! The woman at the desk didn't seem to understand that we wanted to be clean before we made our journey home. Given the amount we spent for 1 night stay I would have expected they would have offered us to stay passed checkout time in order to get clean. ...but they didn't. Overall nice hotel, polite staff and perfect location!"

"I love every time I come, we eat very well. Very nice staff. Tonight I ate the cod in the plane, it was great. Sweet dessert with chocolate was falling on the ground, so it was delicious. I'll be back as soon as I can. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
