"Wow! What a meal! Do not sleep on this place. The food was fantastic. We had the tomahawk pork chop, lobster Mac cheese and a half dozen oysters to start (and the apple pie). Chavon made this day date one to remember, she was absolutely incredible. It's been 3 years since we ate here originally and we had just as good if not a better experience than when City Post first opened!"

"Just minutes from Reid State Park and with an amazing oceanside porch, this Inn is a gem. We were so happy to stay for a special night at the end of season and enjoy delicious fare at Blue, the restaurant within the Inn. Our room (Five Islands) had an amazing view and was clean and well kept. I rated it 4/5 only because it was small that wasn't a problem given the lovely common areas inside and outside of the Inn. We recommend one of the turret rooms like ours the views of the ocean and nearby islands are amazing! The innkeepers and staff are both professional and gracious they were wonderful hosts. Nearby activities: The beaches and other walking areas at Reid State Park are wonderful all times of year. If you are a birder you'll find lots of good spots, both fresh and saltwater, to explore. Food drinks: Their restaurant, Blue, was a great find, given that there are few other places to dine on the peninsula, particularly outside the summer season. The service was outstanding and the meals delicious. Worth the drive, even if you don't plan to stay the night! Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet"

"The food is excellent. I love the look of the place. The staff are knowledgeable and they make you feel like family. The tapas menu at the bar is a perfect tasting of all my favorite thimgs and then some. The bartender is friendly and fun. She makes you feel welcome. Definitely one of our favorite spots. The band on Friday nights is awesome too!"
