"I have been here twice in two weeks. The first time was a weekday and the food was still quite fresh and tasty by the time the lunch time was over. The second time was on a Saturday and the freshness of food was quite disappointing. The beef curry only had potatoes left and the desserts were generally not very tasty. The hot food choice was identical they could have at least changed a few things."

"Sunday brunch with wine pairing was an absolute stable for the price. intercontinental has amazing harbour views. ambiente was super, attentive service with many smiles. overall was a great experience that I highly recommend the place."

"6Apr19: I found the Afternoon tea set similar to Xmas set commended by another user. The tea is not that impressive, although the presentation for the set is good. Since we are three people, we can order 1.5 sets (the set is for 2). The lavender egg roll and pomegranate egg roll is good and you can smell strong lavender. The carb bread is ok, but I’m wondering whether crab inside. The cream brûlée is a salty one which has lobster inside. The salty egg macaroon just good for balancing the sweet of macaroon. As Hong Kong people may feel macaroon is too sweet for us."

"The whole dining exp in my view was terrible since one of the dishes from the signature menu was not hot enough and one of the ingredients was cold while I tasted. Besides, the waiter who serves our table was probably too busy since our glass of water had been empty for over 10min. But my extra A la carte order beef tartare was tasted nice. Overall the whole signature menu isn't worth it in my opinion, but the harbour view was really nice to dine with."

"Some say it is the best steakhouse in hongkong. starter salat bar choice is great if not a little overwhelming. the generous portion of ribeye steak alone should fill the most likes. beautiful selection of salt and sauces as standard features of a steakhouse. only disappointment was in dessert (not shown,) perhaps a good thing in trim, because there is no room for dessert reserved for this dining room experience."
