"The food was very good. However, the service was not. It was a while before we walked in and someone greeted us at the host station. Once greeted, we sat and then it took over 5 minutes for our waitress to contact us. We discussed getting up and going somewhere else when she got to our table. We ordered drinks and the wait began. We could see our drinks at the bar but again it took forever for the waitress to bring them to us. Overall, the only salvation for us that night was the food. It was very good. I had the prime rib and it was tops. I will try this again but was disappointed with the overall result mainly because of the lack of service."

"I have used Tony and his company consistently for about 7 years now for everything including family parties, corporate events and large social gatherings. They always knock it out of the park. My favorite things are the omelette station and also the attended bar-b-q. I have probably tried all of their food packages and have never been even slightly disappointed."

"The service was amazing, the food was amazing, but my reason for a 4 star is due to the service charge. The service charge is separate from tip. The was service was incredible and we were going to give great tip only gave 18% but it really threw us off when we saw a service charge of 35$ that is for the employer and not for the servers. We just hope that the employer is sharing this service tip with the servers. Also, we love the options at the buffet! It has by far the best options we have seen compared to other Brazilian steakhouses."

"1. Once here; we sat outside, in February, in a igloo .The decor was amazing, a table for nine (we had children, recommended 8 adults max), but absolutely beautiful. There is a cost for the igloo that becomes a drink credit (previously for details). 2 strong heating in igloo, but it was still cold at night (the wind was very strong, temp under freezing). The server was great Anthony very difficult conditions for her (going out the restaurant, over the deck, in heavy wind). The food was good to very good, depending on the dish. Apps were excellent. Everything came hot, which is impressive. We ordered several specials (example fillet wrapper with crab meat with shrimp risotto). The kitchen was very flexible with all dishes. The prices were somewhat high, but the menu selection, the quality of food, the kitchen flexible, etc., corresponds to the cost."
