"I ordered 4 live lobsters to be delivered to my son and his family. 3 of the 4 arrived dead. I called the following day to report this. Well, they said I should have called immediately, and my daughter in law should have cooked the lobsters within a couple of hours! 1st of all, how do we know how long the lobsters were dead? And 2nd, my daughter in law has never cooked a lobster and her family, my son and grandchildren would not have been home for hours. I specifically chose a day when I knew they would be home for dinner and I paid $159.99 for four 1.25lb LIVE lobsters. They offered to give me a credit for the dead lobsters (excluding shipping), toward another order. So, they want me to pay for the shipping that was inadequate in the first place. Horrible service. I would NEVER order from this place again. The single star is for the lobster that was alive, and only because you have to give at least one."
