"The most remarkable thing to us was the wait staff. They actually added to the ambience of our meal. Randall was extremely professional courteous to a fault. He just made our meal so much more enjoyable. His attentiveness to detail was impeccable. We had just come from the hospital where a loved one had passed away. We said nothing of this to him. We never told him. Yet he was just what we needed at that moment. He wasn 't smothering, quite the opposite. We also learned he was a law student at WVU. He deserves an atta-boy . Thank you."

"Our waitress and our food were wonderful. We were very disappointed that the fall flight listed on the Oktoberfest menu wasn't available... yet. It's October 14. Also wasn't able to get strawberry ale either but I think they were tapped out. Love the location as it still has great views all year around but this is my second visit and Dockside has failed to wow me. Enjoyed the menu more when it was still Crab Shack. We did enjoy our dinner, conversation, and the atmosphere."

"Ate here after a WVU football game. It was 8pm and not busy. Lots to choose from on their menu. The service was friendly. There were 4 of us. We ordered burgers, bourbon salmon and grilled pork cops with potatoes.We all enjoyed our meals. The dinner salads were generous."

"Due to a lack of higher end restaurants in Morgantown, I dine and entertain at Sargasso a couple times per month. I am so tired of the menu and desserts, even the ambiance is getting old. Nothing has changed about Sargasso in years and if there were other options in Morgantown, I would eagerly take advantage of them. Shake it up Sargasso!!"
