"Was recommended by the great team on the aqua duck and they didn’t miss the Mark, best fish and chips I’ve had. Was fresh and tasty and a huge variety back with great service, can sit and eat at the shop or wonder down to the reserved tables at the marina. Ps keep an eye out for the hidden statues the kids thought they were great."

"It's the hidden gems.. or in this case, the hidden arts! Located in HOTA and very much aligned with the exhibitions there, we enjoyed a degustation menu with wine pairing. This is not your ordinary degustation though. Each course has a story and is influenced by the current exhibitions there. I loved the stories, loved even more the passion and the vibrancy of each of the courses! Palette is definitely as its name suggests- art in each course!"

"Absolutely beautiful meal, we wished we had gone there on the first night of our 3 night stay at Mantra Legends, because if we had we would have gone there for our dinner every night. Sadly went on our last night. Food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends. There was four of us that came for dinner and everyone of us were very impressed"

"Driving from Brisbane down to the Gold Coast today, we decided on some fresh seafood from Charis. Walking in at noon, the store was full of hungry customers, it's the school holidays! Thankfully, I eventually got our lunch order. Yum, time to eat!<br/ <br/ The Tasmanian Pacific oysters were freshly shucked and were delicious with a drop of Tabasco sauce. The medium King Prawns were fresh and sweet. And the Spanner Crabs were solid with beautiful white tasty meat. <br/ <br/ A wonderful picnic lunch of fresh Australian seafood under the sun. Thank you Charis Seafood!"
