"Very disappointed with their service. Extremely poor customer service skills. Both the man and the woman were very rude. The food was poor too. I ordered dumplings and it smelt bad and had syrup in the container they gave it in. I'm not going back there!"

"A must go for Roanoke. This place is pretty unusual for Roanoke. It is a slightly upscale menu but has a good variety of all the mains..ie meat, fish and poultry. The service here ha salways been great and I recognize that most of the folks there are still there after all this time. Primarily I have had steal entrees and have always been pleased. The two favorites are Steak Diane and the Prime Filet. The She Crab soup is a winner as well. Salads are served from a cart that allows you to choose the toppings and a good variety is available. "Enjoy eating here fairly often. The service is typically hit or miss. Servers are usually very attentive, or you end up with someone else refilling your drinks. They bring rolls to the table that are almost bite sized and with a cheese/garlic look, although somewhat bland. Be careful to not fill up on them (read on to see why).<br>

I always get salad bar with meal even though it seems to have downgraded from past offerings. You can still make a nice salad, with fresh items. The feel now is only salad bar where before they had more pasta and side items. <br>

The spicy Thai phoon shrimp app was good, although a little too commercial in flavor, excess sauce made for a messy presentation, and I give it a thumbs down for portion to value ratio. The sauce reminded me of something I could find in the dollar store, and had a slight aftertaste. The shrimp were fried crispy and would be amazing with a little altering of the sauce. I have also tried the spinach dip several times...

"Food was really good, and the service was quick. Would definately go again! We had a table of five and everyone was happy with their food. I ordered the broiled platter. It was delicious, and had the best oysters I have ever had!!"
