"We had a great experience!! Our food was spectacular, ribs were falling off the bones tender, fresh and tasteful. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, lighting is perfect, and our server was one of the best we ever had. Anthony is his name, and if you want top animal service, he is the one to ask!! All about satisfied, five stars!"

"Overall the ambiance is good; numerous horse pictures and themes. Food is ok, nothing that screams innovation. This place actually reminds me of a spot on the same location in Shelton, marketplace I think.? Same ambiance. Service is decent. I heard raves about this place, I just didn't experience anything significant."

"If you go here check your order before leaving. My sister and I went Good Friday at 6:15. ordered one fried scallop dinner and two fried shrimp. I called before coming down and asked is they had fried scallops and shrimp and the guy said yes. When we placed the order the girl at the counter went to tell us they were out of something and the guy next to her mumbled something that they have it. She called out our order and said your scallops and fried clam strip are ready. I said this isn't ours I ordered shrimp. She says oh it's shrimp in there I don't why I said clam strips. She was laughing it off. Now you know when you closed the box there wasn't shrimp in there. My box said scallops and I noticed when I got home the other two said nothing. There were 3 people in the kitchen only and they knew it was wrong. I got home opened up our dinners paying 75 and two of course were wrong. This was at 6:40 pm and they were closing at 7. I tried calling immediately no one answered. I called three times and left my phone number to please call me. Nothing , no phone call , not even the next day. My dinner was delicious but the other two didn't eat since they do not like clam strips. Unfortunately for a business to do this we will never order from here again."

"I need to have gluten free options and ordered one of the specials. The waitress checked to make sure this could be made gluten free and the kitchen said yes. So I ordered the special and outside of being too salty, it was great. Larry stopped by our table to check in and he asked how everything was and I told him about the dish being too salty...Larry kindly offered to make another dish and I said no need. We frequent Red Lotus and love everything about it, as well as Larry and Nia. They are so personable!"
