"I used to order take out from this Red Lobster about once a week. This was about 6 months ago. I stopped because the food and the service was terrible. I decided to give them another try tonight and boy was I disappointed. The food and the service is worst than it ever was before. I won?t be surprised if closed soon. I hope that the owners of this store read this. You should really consider using mystery shopper so you can a true picture of what?s happening in your store. I tried to call the store to inform the manager of my issue but no no was available after I waited on hold for 15min. I will never eat in this Red Lobster ever again. If we as customers don?t tell you how will you know?"
