"A small and attractive restaurant in lovely Toulouse, but one where we left feeling full but not overwhelmed by the taste of the food. There is an air of pretentiousness here and admittedly the food is beautifully plated but just does not reach the complexity or uniqueness to make this a memorable visit. The night we dinedlobster from Brittany was a feature and a living blue lobster was presented to each table as an enticement, but we saw no one order it.The wine list has an amazing array of wines from the south west of France and the Languedoc, so sampling wine from local vineyards is not at all a problem but the prices are. In general wines from these areas are relatively modestly priced in France but at this restaurant they seemed quite expensive.Service was polite and friendly; we just wish the food was more memorable to justify the prices."

"Start of our mini moon started perfectly! We arrived at the wonderful location and had a few drinks outside. Our French isn’t ideal and they accommodated our language barriers brilliantly. Service was sublime and cannot be faulted. Now the food was spectacular we were so amazed by the ‘just an apple’ for dessert created by the 18 years old pastry chef. Could not recommend this place more."

"Came into the restaurant for a beautiful seafood consumption and it was not disappointed. we were greeted with a beautiful cold glass wine and a menu that was limited to give them the best experience. we shared that we could try as much as possible and it was the best decision. my favorite was the inkfish salad and the sea roast. small dishes, but perfect when a few and inexpensive. highly recommended!"
