"Was in town with a fellow work.ate for a training convention. We decided it was steak night. Found this place on Google. It was excellent. Great service, atmosphere and food. Steak was perfect. The drink selection is a book, Great selection. I had an old fashion made with George Dickle , it was outstanding. They even have a humidor and a smoking patio. Of you are in Wichita and are a steak kind of person, do not miss Scotch Sirloin."

"The service was more than terrible. Absolutely careless. The table we sat at was so dirty. The waitress brushed it off with a napkin. She said, what to drink? No hello, no eye contact. She did write down what we asked for; she did not bring out what we asked for. Wrong drinks. Ok. The food... I ordered fried mushrooms for the table. They weren 't bad. We all got salads with our meals. Mine had to be returned for the fact that I asked for no cheese, and it had cheese. The waitress forgot dipping sauce for the mushrooms. My sister ordered a steak (I don 't eat steak, but she is an avid steak eater. They brought the wrong one. She was still working on her salad, so she was like, no big deal, just bring the right one. She said, really, that 's the steak.. (which i would have said, but I don 't know steaks. So anyway, we are starting on our dishes, and my brother in law had ordered the outback burger with no onion. It came with onions. It isn 't an allergy, so he just picked them off. The fries were not served hot. I got a chicken breast with the afore mentioned salad and mixed veggies. I requested mushrooms and onions as toppings, which the waitress said she could do. They didn 't arrive. So, she finally brings the toppings out, and says, oh I forgot the steak. We had to wait for that. Again. Got it to go. It was overcooked. Whatever. This place was actually a joke."

"Service was good, food was good. The quality and service has dwindled gradually over the years, and prices have climbed. There used to be an element of fine dining associated with Red Lobster, and now they are in the same bracket as Joe's Crab Shack, but not quite as good food."

"Our visit to red lobster was better than in the past. good service as soon as we were at the table. eating was good, the rolls are of course the best, and the price is ok for the amount of food they receive. my only complain is that we have used the open table app to our place in the line about 45 minutes before a arrival of 7pm, and when we arrived, the hostess said it would still be a 15-30 minutes waiting. I said, but we got our names in line 45 minutes ago, and they were not so busy either from the waiting area. she seemed super confused, then came back and said it was 10-15 minutes. that was “ok”, but I was still angry. we went past and hung through the entry to wait when the manager came and asked very confused about our use of open table. I said: “Yes, I have booked the app for a table at 7 o’clock and the confirmation clicked that it was not a reservation, but put our names in line. they still seemed to be confused, but they said they would get us in asap. we waited for only 10 minutes. it wasn't bad. I think they need to be more familiar with the opentable app and what it looks like they glorify their screens. other great experience."
