"As a native I decided to buy a Tattie Scoone reel this morning. I left my roll for 2 seconds alone and a few crows swept and threw it on the floor! the very friendly staff came to me immediately and said: '' that is ok, we make you another one on the house and said, don't let your day ruin ' so friendly! this act of ease meant much to me, especially since id my eye taken from my delicious morning roll because I look after a little girl on the dog municipal water bowl! thanks friendly staff x"

"My daughters and I popped in here for a quick bite of late lunch before we went to the Botanical Gardens. It had started to rain and we were thrilled to find this cute spot tucked under the stairs. We had a latte, a long black and earl grey tea. We had soup and sandwich plus coconut porridge."

"We visited here one tuesday morning for a breakfast. My partner doesnt like mushrooms or tomatoes and was allowed to substitute it for extra sausages!! Safe to say he was a very happy man! The service was spot on and the breakfast delicious. My only criticism is the butter as it was really tough to spread haha apart from that 10/10 ...and the homemade bread was delightful"
