"We started the meal with a shared entree of money bags. The pastry was lovely but the filling was vegetables straight from a frozen mixed vegetable selection direct from the supermarket - squares of carrot and peas - there was a tiny bit of something that looked like chicken in one. The vegetables were still a bit frozen. For mains I had Royal chicken - it came out heaped up - which seemed strange until I tried it and it was still partially frozen in the middle. I suspect it had been frozen and the round container had been up-ended on the plate and micro-waved. It was served with two deep fried corn chips which was the best part of the meal. My husband had beef massaman. The potatoes were large and soggy obviously having been boiled before being put in the sauce. The beef had an unusual texture and the sauce was quite tasteless.The environment for this restaurant is fantastic. We sat at a table on the sidewalk in a beautiful village environment. The staff were lovely although they couldn't speak English. The toilets were a long way away - needing to walk around the block to the back of the restaurant.I love good thai and unfortunately this is the worst thai food I have ever eaten"

"Honestly, how hard can it be to toast bread? Well, apparently quite difficult. After sending back a simple order of bacon and eggs and tomatoes with toast that was burnt - well, they tried to hide it by turning it upside down, there was no apology and the meal was returned with all the food cold and the toast overcooked again. Nice touch too with 2 sprigs of snow pea sprouts as garnish looking sadder each time they appeared. Adding insult was the fact the owner was sitting at the restaurant at the time with a friend who clearly pointed out she had a unhappy customer, but alas it was more important to keep chatting and drinking coffee whilst a customer sits obviously not happy and not going to eat the food in front. And the wait staff managed to clean all the tables (vacant tables I might add) around, bypassing our table for 2 and not saying a thing. Upon leaving informed the cashier was not happy, still no comment nor apology, took the $25 for 2 juices and an uneaten meal and merely told us to enjoy our day - as if!! Errr, maybe you should remove your LIKE US ON FACEBOOK sign because shall not be returning, only live down the road, will be telling my friends and in case they haven't looked around there are several other restaurants at the Point to dine at."
