"Dined at Sochi on Valentine's Day, and it was a very unpleasant experience. Food took too long, drinks took too long, provided chipped glassware, and our poor server was stretched too thin. At some point, someone dropped off a dish that I could not eat due to an allergy, but they charged it on the bill anyway. Pork was raw, and the pho was incredibly subpar- so much so that any run down shop off of Argyle would make better pho. In regards to service, I do not blame the server at all who was incredibly kind, but could not provide good service as she was running around like crazy to keep up. Unfortunately, I'm starting to see many places like this, where owners refuse to staff properly to save labor, and run their staff into the ground, which eventually runs their establishment into the ground. What a disappointment. I will not be returning."
