"Made the mistake of ordering prime rib steak. Steak was okay but a small portion (10oz). The broccoli was way overcooked and the mash potatoes was meh. Cheesecake was okay, I liked the berries more than the cheesecake."

"The DoorDash driver was nice but he ran late so the food was not at proper temp. The luke warm crab dip wasnt great but the bread was grilled well. The Street Corn was tasty but again, not warm enough due to long delivery time. The Cheeseburger Spring Rolls were soggy. That was truly disappointing. If they were crispy, they wouldve been so much better. The Americana Cheeseburger was good but we didnt need or order the extra French Fries that were delivered. The menu wasnt clear that fries were included. And we didnt receive the Strawberry Lemonade beverage ordered... Bummer. Side Ceasar Salad was fine. All in all it was average food that would be better served fresh at the restaurant rather than via a late delivery. I tipped for promptness. Will be adjusting that tip now."

"Admittedly, it’s been a while since I’ve eaten here but it was my first time at a Cheesecake Factory and I immediately wanted to go back. I had a chicken and two colored pasta dish with a creamy sauce that was so delicious and comforting that I ate it at others until they took it off the menu (I hate that! The strawberry cheesecake with whipped cream that we took home was moist and great."

"Racist manager. don’t go there to spoil yr evening.Ms Yvette, the manager at this store is very racist.Very rude and illiterate person.Would you expect anyone to yell at customer at the host stand for just asking for one extra chair??We booked for 4 but had 5 people. She aggressively lashed out at us.She instructed the host to give us a tiny booth. We did Ty even utter a word as we were there to have good time but we were wrong!!There were several seats and bigger booths available in all sections of the restaurant but she is just racistWhen we asked if we can move to another spot, Ms Yvette was spying on us and ran quickly again to yell at us again!!!WOW. Paying to get insulated by restaurant staff!!Vacant seats were vacant till our departure!Manager nobody, never came to ask us how our food was?How unfairly treated by bunch of restaurant staff!!Can never image to go there again."

"Customer service is wonderful. Staff is very knowledgeable on whats good. Unfortunately, most of the itens we would like to order was not available. We still had delicious alternate meal we enjoyed. Crab dip and sweet corn cake were delicious for our appetizers. I had the Thai chicken salad and husband had the beef tips with salmon and mashed potato. Then for dessert Mango lime cheesecake I didnt share with anybody because it was that good. Place is not too crowded but I highly recommend to make a reservation ahead for big groups."
