"Brisket and ribs were excellent. Pulled pork was okay, and the not sure if we got a bad sausage, but it was extremely dry and did not have any flavour. Fries tasted good but were soggy."

"Wow! Great food with great service. The atmosphere is good for all ages. This restaurants location is a little out of the way but it is well worth it. I will definitely be back."

"Service was decent however we went on a night where there was trivia so we were not a priority at all. Just got way too busy in the rest of the establishment. No one ever came back to see if I needed another water which seems to have died in most restaurants. The food for the most part was delicious. I made plans with friends to go here in the near future as I really enjoyed the smokehouse club. I definitely recommend trying it for yourself."

"Went In for brunch. Deliciousness. Hubby and I decided to go here for brunch for a change and we were not disappointed. Love the Smokey flavours in the food. I got the pulled pork skillet and couldn’t even finish it. Good amount of food for...sure. Prices are very reasonable too."

"Went with a group of ten for a bday, they have a nice area for such a group. Everyone's food was good, some excellent,m and our group included several with critical palates that regularly dine out locally and abroad. The mushroom risotto was very good,...as was the calamari, perhaps the best in town, very tender and spiced just right, and the mac and cheese balls as an appie were a winner. An earlier time we had the jambalaya, which was very good and the cornbread served with it was incredibly tasty. Nice atmosphere with interesting original art on the wall and some tables have a partial harbour view. The menu has several creative offerings too. Overall it is a good value and the food was consistently good to excellent each time. we have been there. Definitely worth a try"

"I've been going to janina for about a year since it's close to our new office. love the friendly staff! great specialties to great praises. eating is all homemade and serving are generous. I especially enjoy the Polish special carvings,...Goulash Friday is fresh pan roasted squid. it is amazingly fresh. great small place to lunch."

"Had such a wonderful experience with Grand Finales! The portions were very generous, the bread was fresh, great selection, and incredibly kind and friendly service. They made it so easy for me to change my order on short notice, and delivered it right on time. Can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to order again!"

"Was a bit of a wait for our food, and the place is very small - not a lot of seats and quite crammed in. I had the hog rockers sandwich - pork belly sandwich with apple japaleno slaw; it was okay but a bit too fatty and texturally was mushy - I think the slaw was supposed to add crunch but it didn't and the jalapeno was not noticeable. The accompanying side soup was squash and it was spicy and good. My husband had the burger which he described as good but not amazing (he would still rather drive to Dartmouth for Cheese Curds.) He had the bell pepper soup which was also good. So all in all, a decent place for lunch but probably not worth a return trip."
