"I had put in a catering order for Sunday for a student program I teach, and received an email on Sunday morning stating there was an error and they did not receive my order. I called the store a bit panicked because I had quite a few people to feed, and they explained the power was surging and they had to close to the general public. However, the manager was kind enough to still figure out how to put my order together and even though it was not his fault he was incredibly apologetic and wanted to make sure my order was taken care of. It was ready exactly on time and when I arrived they even walked everything out to my car. I was very appreciative of how great the service was and would highly recommend this store for any of your catering needs! Thank you again to the manager and staff that got my order together so quickly and efficiently."

"Absolutely amazing customer service from Brittney and manager John!! Food was fresh, hot, and made to order! They really went out of their way to help us. First time experience for me and it couldn’t have been better! The roast beef was amazing with the cheddar sauce and absolutely loved the honey mustard sauce"

"Food was good, the fact that they didn't have sweet tea as an option while being a southern food restaurant was puzzling. They were also out of okra and Mac and cheese at lunch time. It's early in this location's life but I'm eager to see if it improves and will update my review at that time. Edit: they have Gold Peak sweet tea. This location is a total ghost town, the green beans are basic canned flavorless trash. The fish was great though and the okra was very good as well. My girlfriend was bummed that the restaurant was so dirty."

"Our server, Keaton, was awesome! He was quick, polite and professional. The food was hot and delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. Both the sirloins were made correctly. My bacon was crispy. I always get the potato cheesy casserole. We love cracker barrel and they have never disappointed us. See pictures to see what yumminess we ordered! Everyone enjoyed their meal. We will be back soon. Thank you!"

"My salmon was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The snap peas were tasty.. I just prefer steamed but did not ask how they were prepared. Caesar salad would have been so much better if they had used half the amount of dressing. Im not a fan of soggy salad. But again, that's just me. Service though was impeccable. Very attentive and friendly. Very clean. They'd added outside seating since I was there last and it was very inviting."

"Tasty food. Not the most nutritious.*Edit* update a couple weeks later. Service was way better this time. It seemed like Drake was in charge, and they all did a great job. However, I felt more than slightly uncomfortable with the other young gentleman whom spoke sort of as if he really liked Broadway or was just racked. I hope he's ok."
