"I always wanted to try this place every time I was in the opposite, and I finally had the opportunity to try it! there were some BBQ spots, but that was by far the best. also a great option in summer as they have a terrace. if they are looking for a big BBQ spot, this is the place to try"

"I love coming here to get my BBQ fix, the atmosphere is nice as I tend to come here alone from time to time to relax and eat a great meal. The food is consistently good and I've loved everything I've tried so far. The meats are moist and the sides are pretty tasty as well. You walk in and place your order at the counter, take the number they give you, and your food will be out shortly after, and they seem to get it out pretty quick each time. I also love the BBQ sauce that they provide with your food, it comes in a plastic bottle nicely warm, so I slather it on my food which always makes it taste great. If you are looking for great tasting BBQ that won't break the bank, this is a great spot. I have taken several people here and they've also enjoyed it. If you're eating with someone I suggest the bread pudding dessert, it's too much for one person as it is super rich, but absolutely delicious, great for sharing, sharing the guilt that is! (HA! Overall I highly recommend this place."

"So we've been in texas for 4 weeks. Today we decided to try chuckwagon. so a cozy little place. eating was great! we had a burger, bbq nachos and the brisket plate! super tasty! burger was huge and cooked exactly right. if they make sure in the opposite that they pass and give them an attempt."

"I had the black balls and the Brownie suns. I liked the seasoned ones used in the boarballs, it was a little more than mild, but I also had the mac and cheese. I enjoyed how quiet the place was on a Thursday afternoon, and the service was excellent. I didn't feel rushed by the waitress and I enjoyed the dessert in this restaurant, which is always important!"

"We had a table for seven parents, children and grandchildren. everything was done. the food was delicious! grandson loved the mac and cheese. sohn in the law couldn't find out what he wanted, so he ordered both and we share it! he ordered quite well! whiskey cake! yum!"

"Let them look good this place they fool, roegels bbq has a few great bbq. I ordered a family meal with a pfund brisket, pfund sausage and pfund ripen. all different meats tasted brilliant and there was no need to use sauce. the sides we got were also excellent. we got kartoffels, greens and pint beans and we were not disappointed. if they are in katy and want real bbq, they stick to roegels and they will be very happy."

"Fantastic service and delicious meals. raw oysters were fantastic, cold and fresh. hull water and hurricane cocktails are big and full of spirit! my guests enjoyed the black garnelen alfredo. the sauce was great, pasta boiled to perfection. it could have been more garnel or bigger garnel. another gast enjoyed the 1/2 and 1/2, roasted crust tail and crust fish. both were delicious! I found the prices pretty high for these offers $17 and $21. my other guests went for the dugeness crab, $40 per person, no side or salat. the crab offers were very small and did not receive their full from the crab. we'll skip next time."
