".99 cent Take out Fee for picking up my own food!with my own gas. What! Showed up on time and was told 10 mins longer wait. Missing sauces. Don?t waste your money here.. Boneless wings are always served hard- burnt and over cooked. Fries Stale. Last time we Ate in.. they served the wings burnt and was hoping no one could tell.. only after I complained that I wanted ?Fresh? they said ooooh well we got a bad batch in this week yet was still serving. This is the last time we plan on coming here. Sioux Falls needs to get it together and get some good Restaurants bc this isn?t it."

"The first time I ate here it was awesome but since then my experiences have been less than desirable. I usually get the chicken sandwich and my chicken hasn't been hot or fresh. The sauce is delicious but not a fan of the actual chicken."

"Pros: good happy hour. Cheap IPA other beer, great wings for price $4.50 . Actually, it's the best beer wings combo in town. For their happy hour, they get 5 stars. That said, you can get it at any Market Grille in Sioux Falls, which is why we drive the extra mileage and go to the one on Minnesota Ave. Not cuz they're full service, but because they're always better across the board. -1 star for service quality. Order a beer and you need to wait for a manager. Last time, they called a manager. 10 minutes later, no manager. Called again. 5 minutes later the manager showed up. 15 minutes from order a beer to pouring the beer. My wife ordered a slice of cheesecake more expensive than our meal! and it came in three pieces, was dry, and we each had one bite and left it as it tasted no good. Would have asked for a refund or a replacement with one that was more fresh , but frankly, we were so turned off by the service we just wanted to get out of there. That's the beauty of not paying up front. When I pay up front and tip 20% despite having to get my own utensils soft drink, the service is drastically different than paying at the end and tipping at that point. Lost another star because they don't answer their phone. Ever. I've tried multiple times. I ordered curbside pickup last month, called when I got there, rang for 4 minutes, and then I walked inside and got it. Tried calling last week to inquire about their happy hour times, seeing I was driving and unable to safely look it up, 2 minutes of ringing, no answer. Tried again just now, no answer. Here's my advice: call the number. If they answer, go ahead and give em a try. If they don't, choose a different Market Grille. My money says you end up elsewhere. Overall: good food, but they the entire HyVee on 57th Cliff, not just their market grille can't get their ducks in a row. Their customer service is second to none. Go talk to the customer service counter and they'll solve your problems."

"The food was amazing, but what wasn't amazing was the customer service. Had my order forget a few sides that was supposed to come in a bundle, and they forgot a side I had ordered a la carte. I went back through the drive through and the GM was questioning if I had checked the items in the bag, which I had. I had to explain their own menu to them on why I needed these three sides, and even then the GM stormed off to fulfill the forgotten sides. I did get my order corrected, but the way the GM handles customers needs to be addressed, as it's unacceptable to have a GM question you about if you checked the items in the bag, and believe you're lying because THEY didn't do their job correctly by forgetting items you ordered. They need to hire competent people that can handle orders and get them right the first time, and especially a new GM that actually has some respect towards people."
