"I really don?t like doing reviews that aren?t 5 stars when they deserve it but I tried calling and the line has had a busy signal the past few hours? I ordered a bunch of sides and sauces, but we got none with my order. We only received the chicken.This was an order for a business, and we specifically requested plates and napkins and utilities. Of course, we didn?t get anyof those either, which was just so inconvenient it was almost depressing. We paid upfront through the KFC app. We tipped verygenerously also. This was my first time ordering from this KFC after working nearby now for about a year. I really hope I getcontacted and get reimbursed or refunded."

"The restaurant closes at 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday night. 11-13-22. I came at 10:03 and they are sold out of everything. they were not willing to make substitutes (because there was a price difference) they were not willing to make food. that is a sad excuse for a restaurant. there are some people who care about customs and there are others who do not. this is a beautiful example for a restaurant that does not care for customers. only the restaurant to leave exactly the time when the restaurant closes. Moreover, their floors are always sticky and smells like old mop water in there. Thank you, but no thanks."
