I didn't mind the wait based on my request and was happy they did not attempt to give me food that was cooked before I arrived as many other fast food restaurants do. The staff was also kind."

"We were greeted so pleasantly. Deandrea was so nice taking our order. Told us about the special and all! Just so happens she was the only one working but you couldn’t tell because she was acting as if taking the orders and making the orders was NO PRESSURE! I loved her energy! And a raise is definitely deserved!!!! Thanks Deandrea so giving us a great experience!"

"If I may just put it plainly it’s utterly and completely horrible and despicable service and food quality here. I can’t remember if I have ever experienced this much low quality in any fast food chain. The lady who was taking our order was rushing us as if she has to close the store right now even though it was nowhere near closing time. Once we got our order we found that the food was dry and we did not receive everything according to our order. We had to throw away most of the food because it was not edible. It costed us more than $18. What a waste of my time, money and food! This is going to be my last visit to KFC. Never again."
