"They came by the saffron. The ambience has just addressed us and the staff the boss? very friendly . In short, I probably had my best Carbonara and the salad with lentilgyros was a dream. Here is boiled at a really high level, the prices are absolutely appropriate. Too bad we live at the other end of the lake otherwise we would definitely be here more often."

"We actually spent several months at the Adler, which rescued us when other sabbatical housing plans fell through. Bettina and Matthias (new owners in the last couple years, I think) offer friendly hospitality, seasoned with a very artistic eye. The Inn is over 200 years old, with comfortable rooms (no two quite alike), but with solid amenities. The ONLY complaint is that the restaurant is only open for dinners, and then six nights a week (closed Wednesdays). The chef does a great job, offering a smallish but solid German regular menu, along with a seasonal set of "specials" that seem to change about once a month. Those are always great, too, and usually pretty creative. Prices are reasonable, and the service is always friendly and un-rushed. Several friends booked at the Adler for shorter stays while we were there, and they all had wonderful experiences too."

"Every night, we sat on the beach of a lake with a glass of local wine, and we were in love with nature, feeling a complete harmony of soul and body. Good unobsessive services, comfortable chairs - schelags, soft pledes and atmospheric music - all of which gives the right to put high balls on this facility.
