"We went for dinner with my family and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had booked a table in advance which was a good thing as the place was fully booked. We all had the 'formules ' starter main dessert and were not disappointed by the size and quality of the dishes! Everything was really tasty and well presented! It was a perfect evening spent with family and will definitely go back next time we are in Annecy!"

"Le Bouillon is a small but very nice place set a few minutes away from the overcrowded restaurants along the canals of Annecy. What you sacrifice in terms of view here you greatly make up for in quality and value. The chef greeted us and made us feel very welcome right from the start, and we settled in for a very enjoyable meal. We had a nice amuse bouche of fresh avocado, delicate and delicious; an incredibly rewarding foie gras torchon with red onion compote; superb asparagus with fera (fish) and some unbelievable purée; Spanish pork with arancini and carrots; a well-seasoned cut of beef with veal jus and gratin dauphinois; an excellent regional cheese plate, and an outstanding salted caramel bar for dessert. so good. Throughout we enjoyed a really crisp and very affordable Savoie blanc. Our service was excellent, and our concluding chat with the chef was the perfect touch on the evening. We highly recommend Le Bouillon!"

"We were lucky and got a table outside on a warm evening. We got served something to drink first, and ordered two piadinas from the tradisjonal selection and two from the spesial. Good food, good wine and good service. Four piadinas was one to many for us, so go for three and order more if you need."
