"My wife and I stayed at the hotel Trivoli above the PH. Schnieder and decided to ask about the restaurant beneath us. We soon found out that it was recommended by Michelin, and my heart soon filled with butterflies. We were met by Chez Schnieder, who is such an awesome person, nice and welcoming. The service was excellent, and catered to all your fine dining needs. We sat down for what we thought was going to be three courses, but by the end we received six. We sat comfortably almost two and a half hours at the table drinking wine and enjoying conversation in PH. Schnieder's wonderful environment. The food was amazing, and elegantly presented on the plate. Not a piece of lint on the table cloth, nor a smudge on the silverware. The setting was immaculate. The services was golden. The food was beautiful and creative. I recommend this hidden gem to all, and hope that if you decide on eating here, you experience was a memorable as ours."

"Really special little restaurant, a real gem of a discovery tucked away in Huningue. Owner/Manager/Server, extremely friendle and accommodating of our wishes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Food was excellent. I particularly like this cuisine because it's generally very healthy. Similarities to Indian, but not so liberal on oils and fats. Plenty of options for vegetarian/vegan diet, I was literally torn over my choices for appetiser. I would have liked to have tried them all.Well priced, but not massive portions.I was disappointed with the lack of teas on offer. I was in anticipation of a traditional fresh afghan tea, but only standard bagged black and green varieties available.Definitely coming again! Thank you very much."
