"I usually love West. This was a different expereience. I ordered my appetizer and the waiter came back and told me that it would be about 10 minutes because they were cleaning the kitchen. Seemed strange for them to be cleaning the kitchen at dinner time and to tell me. I ordered the French Dip recommended by the waiter. It was the driest sandwich and meat with no au jus. I want to love this restaurant but this did not make me want to eat at WEST."

"Great experience. We went based on the recommendation of a classmate. I heard about XX on tap during happy hour for $1.35 and wanted to check it out with my fiance since we were together on this side of town around 5 6 pm and needed a bite to eat. We also found out we could get half price nachos hobo nachos with chicken , so I had my beer while she had a Thunder struck iced latte and an excellent ! German chocolate cupcake. It took a while for the nachos to arrive happy hour crowd was growing , but they did not disappoint.
