"Good food and good service. Kind of strange on the seating. Had to weave through already seated people at tables. Then taken to the left to a table right in the middle of the walkway. Had to scoot the chairs to be out of the while. All while there was an entire room that was empty. Seating needs to be reorganized for a better flow."

"Well… the stars of my meal was a perfectly made, per my instructions, Grey Goose martini (kudos to Brittany the Bartenderess), the fried shrimp our waitress, also named Brittany. Brittany has a dry, warped sense of humor just like myself. I felt like I was in an SNL skit or maybe being waited on by Roseanne Barr and loved it. To watch her painfully carry that full martini across the room not spill a drop is a woman after my heart! I’m sure she was thinking, “Better not order a freakin’ second one!” I’d come back just for her alone!The food: best fried shrimp I’ve had hands down in the area including Galveston. Seasoned cooked to perfection. The oysters, not so much. Way too much breading. Onion rings and jalapeño hush puppies were awesome too."

"First time at 30 Main. Had reservation for a booth, tried seating us at a table directly next to the band.. Nope. Waitress was rude, and seemed to not speak English very well. She would walk away before we were done talking to her. We were served iced tea with no ice. Another drink order took over 20 minutes. I understand they are trying to keep costs down, but they have middle school children bussing tables. A $32 Crab linguine meal came out looking (and tasting) like a scoop of chicken noodle soup, with about 3 little pieces of Crab.. Waitress had serious attitude when we asked to speak to a manager. The manager, however, was polite and comped the round of drinks and the terrible Crab dinner. The music was way too loud, and everyone was talking so loud because you couldn't hear. Just not a good experience. 2 stars because most of the food tasted OK."
