"<br/ Still in it's soft opening since last week, Snowy Dessert is to my knowledge) the first Edmonton Bingsoo place that has mainly dessert Bingsoo on their menu. Bingsoo or milky shaved ice with toppings on top is a great way to cool off after a hot Edmonton summer day, and on a nice Friday evening my group of friends stopped by around 8pm. The line was going to the door! All the tables there were full and people were waiting for seats too. Also of note right now they have a 10% off if you like their Facebook page and pay with debit or cash.<br/ <br/ The line took about 30 minutes to get to the front, and when I got there they were sold out of their Strawberry Bingsoo, but I managed to get the last Mango Bingsoo. My friends tried their Red Bean Bingsoo. Overall, I found it to be a significant upgrade from the other places in Edmonton that sell Bingsoo. With a specialty store like this and in soft opening, I loved how the shaved ice had a very milky flavour like it should) and I probably could just have had that separately without the toppings. The toppings were the cherry or in this case mango) on the top of the dessert. I didn't really enjoy the red bean that much but it was still really refreshing and enjoyable. I also can't tell if they put tons of milk into the shaved ice or if the shaved ice is entirely made from milk. I found a pool of milk at the bottom of my bowl though after I was done.<br/ <br/ Prices are a bit high $10 12 for a regular and $14 for a large), but at the same time I think it's well worth it. I'm excited for what this place can do after it's soft opening, and looking forward to seeing how they compare to other Edmonton Bingsoo spots which are coming up around this time too. All in all, recommended.<br/"

"My favorite restaurant in the city!Perfect for to grab a bite together, karaoke, date spot and dessert.It’s very vibey with cute private booths inside.The food is delicious ranging from traditional Korean food to fusion dishes.My personal favorites and recommendations are: Cheese bulddak: is spicy and very cheesy, the sauce is amazing! The sweet potato and rice cake in the dish are why it’s my favorite! Bulgogi fries: there’s vegetables and bulgogi topped on the fires with their house made sauce that tastes like donair sauce, all of these combined make a perfect dish! Odeng tang: a soup with fish cake skewers are just like what they sell in the street vendors in Korea! The soup is refreshing and light, going well with other spicy dishes. Corn cheese: absolute must! It’s always the favorite with any group I’ve been with and we always have to fight for it ? super addicting!For dessert: BINGSU! My favorite is the mango as the mango is always so fresh and sweet. The strawberry and injeolmi tastes so good as well! Honey butter bread is super soft and delicious, their store made whipped cream is so creamy. The bread is also very soft and delicious Nutella banana waffle is really good! It looks so nice and tastes just as great. It is perfectly sweet!"
