"We ate here several mornings while visiting our grandson. Best decaf coffee we've had at a McDonalds. And, if they have to brew it you're sitting inside, they bring it to you. "There would be zero/negative if possible. I don't even check the things on the box, but that's by far the worst establishment I've ever visited. the main point of mcdonalds when eating fast. concrete to fastness. the manager of this facility is a lawful idiot because he/she clearly does not know when the restaurant is busy or not. I'm not a restorative, but I think almost food restaurants (especially in a college city like ann arbor) are the most busy at night, but in the night there are literally two people working. what kind of business management is that? the thinking about sitting in the snake at an hour at night are not exaggerated. the year down here and build a culver here."

"Went here after dropping off my chinchilla at the vet. No sense in sitting in my car without food. Because it was breakfast hours, they were busy, and I'm willing to bet short-staffed due to Covid. Wait was a bit longer than I expected in the drive-thru, but it was fine. I placed my order through the app to make it easier, and so they could start making my food. Cashier Melissa confirmed my order at the window, and she was so nice and efficient. Would go back just for her customer service! P.S. Not related to this visit, but please be kind to our service workers. With the pandemic going on so long, they've gotta be exhausted."
