"Not sure why this place has such less good reviews.I've been here a couple times and I've received great service. The interior is cute, woodsy and cozy. It feels more authentic than the typical chain store interior design you see everywhere.The drinks are unique with decent flavour options without being too overwhelming. Some places water down their teas but this place does it very well with great flavour!My favorite has been the Orange Fruit Tea, Roselle, and currently I'm sipping on a cold Peach Tea which Im enjoying.I would recommend them to upgrade their signage to be more visible. I think the location and signage is affecting the traffic of this place."

"Great brunch and lunch place! They offer breakfast foods but also wraps and paninis! Only thing is when it gets really busy I find that their food is sometimes inconsistent. For example, any time we’ve been on a busy day, the home fries aren’t as crispy as their usually home fries. But I find that the prices are really reasonable and I would recommend this place. "We had a late lunch yesterday at the Lawrence Ave East location. We were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful changes. Not only does the new decor look great, but the ambience is also wonderful.The service was beyond what we have encountered in the past. The server was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the food.Parking: Being in a plaza with Tim Horton's, this place has reasonable parking spaces."

"I ordered the Golden Tapioca and Taro Ball milk tea, 0% sugar, less ice.The taro ball at Hey Sugar is really good I could taste the taro and there was a good mouth feel/chewiness. The milk tea was a little tasteless. Maybe this had something to do with my zero sugar choice, but I wish there was a stronger tea taste.My sister ordered the Black Sesame Milk Tea (with Taro Ball and Purple Rice) and that was really good; the sesame flavour made up for the lack of taste in the milk tea.Overall, I'd come back again and get more of the taro balls, though I think I'll get something other than milk tea in the future."

"I went to the yonge and Eg location just before noon on s quiet saturday after Christmas. The mall is still under construction so its a bit hidden. Its normally packed on a saturday but probably light because of the holidays. I was able to get quick service and a nice booth. I ordered a fig and goat cheese croissant with arugula and balsalmic dressing. It was very good. Its a seasonal sandwich. I also had a cappuccino. A nice relaxing lunch."

"Not the best Sunday morning brunch. Upon walking into the restaurant, easy to notice how filthy the floors are. We were 5 people and 4 of us ordered meals, 1 ordered a smoothie. Menus were not removed from the table after order was placed. The meals were brought to our table and we had to wait for cutlery, not the easiest task when you have 2 small children who just want to eat. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and flat. 2 of our meals stated it came fresh seasonal fruit however, no fruit was presented on our dish. When I asked the waitress about it she stated that the fruit is only given when the guest asked because there are times when it gets served and people just leave it on their plate without trying it. I didn’t quite understand this logic. Sounds like they are in hopes people just forget about it? Once we finished our meals the smoothie finally arrived."
