"Excellent entree! However, If I based my experience off of the samosa it would be 2 stars. They were nearly cold, the pastry was extremely tough, and the corners were very dense. It most definitely had been sitting out for a while, evident by how quickly it was brought out after ordering. BUT… the chicken karahi was probably some of the best I’ve had. The chicken was extremely tender thigh meat and the whole dish was well spiced. The naan was excellent. I will most certainly come here again (though I will skip the appetizers). I definitely recommend."

"As the first customer to partake in Verde's now open restuarant, I could not have been more satisfied. When I first got there, the staff was very friendly and a group that is very down to Earth. They absolutly love this town and had no problem talkiing with me about how they got started, why they came to boulder, etc. The waiter I was assigned to was very friendly. He was very polite and compassionate while also being really fun to talk to. It's not often that you are able to meet a guy who wears a batman t shirt to his waiter job so I felt it refreshing as well as friendly and not uptight. The food is to die for. I ordered a carne asada burrito and it has got that mexican flavor kick that's hard to find anywhere outside of arizona. These burritos are also PLENTIFUL!!! A lot of food to devour in such a big and tight burrito that is sure to kick up with flavor. The salad was also excellent as well. Very moist and a great complement to the savory and well spiced burrito. The dessert was also amazing. I ordered churros there and got 4 of them with 2 excellent dipping sauces. Not to mention the churros are well flavored in what i can only explain as a combination between brown sugar, cinnamon and a very sweet chocolate. The dipping sauces are exquisite as well. The chocloate dipping sauces tasted like fudge, and the other sauces was a combination of pineapple, banana, and chocolate all melded together which proved to be a great combination!!! A great burrito and a great dessert and it only costs $15. You can't find that anywhere else. Overall, you will miss out if you don't get in on this up and coming restaurant."

"We were driving down 36 and came across this location. Stopped in for Cider since my wife loves cider. So we had a great experience with all types of different ciders. Bourbon Cider was Awesome, Ginger was different but good. They did have Hops related but couldnt taste them due to being allergic. Highly recommend this Cider Company."
