"My husband and I were near Salt Lake City for business. While he had many business meetings and our rental car, I was on foot and came across Cafe Zupas. They are very limited to vegan options, but I could create my own salad and they had quinoa, tofu and oil herbal dressing. This day they also had a completely vegan soup option that was ok, but not great. In a pinch it was a decent option."

"Really some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The left feeling is ripped off on a 40 dollar lunch. Birria Tacos were super salty and simply came (berie on a corstortilla no cheese, no onions, no cilantro, simply boiled over and salted meat. The rice was dry and crispy. Brat beans were more water than beans. We also ordered a chicken quesadilla, came on a hard (baked? flour tortilla. More of a flour tortilla chip than a tortilla. Salsa was great!"

"Made a reservation through Open Table only to be told that they don't do reservations by the server. Then the servers were rude and had bad attitudes. I had a party of A few more members in our party we're on their way, and the male server told us they needed the tables if they weren't coming because they were going to bee busy on Father's day. Suffice it to say, our party all came and the restaurant didn't get busy. I asked the female server for a straw and she threw down four with a wicked smile. When the food finally came out, it was bland and the portions were small. Barely any chicken in the tacos, and the fajitas and beans were dry. When it came time for the check, the servers attitudes suddenly became pleasant. Too late."

"Our first trip to FreshFin blew us away we are instant fans and will definitely be back soon and often. We ordered online for pick-up and the food was ready when we arrived less than 10 minutes later. The ambiance was so nice and bright that we decided to dine-in. We shared two different regular sized bowls: 1) Spicy Tuna with White Rice and 2) Mango Tango with Brown Rice and Ahi Tuna (we were hoping for Salmon, but they must have been out). We devoured our meal so fast that we forgot to take a photo, but both bowls were fresh and delicious. My original impression was the portion size was a bit small, but we definitely got enough food and the ingredients were so high quality and light that we felt great after. My only complaint was the amount of fresh fish in each bowl was less than I had expected, but each bite was an explosion of flavor regardless of whether or not it included fish. Our teenage daughter came with us even though she wasn't hungry and didn't think the food looked appetizing, so she initially turned down our offer to try the food. But we insisted and she was shocked how much she loved the flavor and quality of both bowls. We didn't order drinks, but we were glad to see they have fountain soda (including Diet Coke and Diet Dr. Pepper...though I wish they had Coke Zero Sugar) with free refills, which isn't always the case at poke restaurants. We commented several times to each other that we really hope this restaurant gains a loyal following and can succeed for a very long time."
