"I recently visited this cafe and had a mixed experience with the food and beverages. While the cafe had its highlights, there were certain aspects that left me underwhelmed. Let 's start with the beverages. The orange juice, priced at $8, seemed overpriced considering it was similar to what you can find in a supermarket for a fraction of the cost. Additionally, the taste was not exceptional and had a somewhat artificial flavor. The mango smoothie was meh, nothing extraordinary. The latte lacked that special touch to make it stand out. On the other hand, the mocha was described too strong, but that 's purely a matter of personal preference. Moving on to the food, The Big Vegetarian Breakfast left much to be desired. The tomatoes were sad, and the mushrooms were bland, resulting in an overall underwhelming experience. Despite some dishes being visually appealing, this particular dish didn 't offer much in terms of taste. It was also mentioned that the portion size was not sufficient for a big breakfast. The haloumi, beetroot relish, sautéed spinach, and warm focaccia combination was decent. However, the Eggs Benedict was average and messy to eat, although this could be expected from a dish like Eggs Benedict. There’s not much to say about the chips, they tasted great but the serving size was a bit small. "I was very excited when I saw a new cafe that had opened across the street from my home. This place is really funky because there are lots of vibrant flowers and plants inside (hence from the name), and the premises has awesome interior which really accentuates the modern cafe ambiance. We ordered the mango smoothie and kale juice for the drinks. Both were surprisingly good and healthy. In addition, we opted for the gluten free chocolate cake which was amazing and probably the best item on the menu. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming."

"Emily recently catered for a birthday lunch event. She provided a delicious mouth watering array of Vietnamese rice paper rolls, vegan duck pancakes, fried chicken, salad, chicken rolls!!! All my guests were blown away with the quality and freshness of the food. Emily was incredibly generous of her time and communicated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend a visit to the penny royal and can’t wait to back there again for the vegan duck pancakes. Thank you Emily"

"Was our favourite Thai takeaway once.Delivery was always quick and an added little extra touch with a kinder surprise chocolate.However tonight the food was average and the kinder surprise was 7 years past its use by date 13/6/13Luckily our grandson alerted us to its weird taste before he ate the lot. Not the surprise he was hoping for."
