"My wife and I visited Pasta Jay's on the recommendation of my sister, who has a vacation home in Moab and is familiar with the restaurants there. We shared the spaghetti marinara with Italian sausage. The order came with the meatballs but the restaurant comped us the meatballs and gave us the sausage as well. The sausage was a mild version and, in our opinion, better than the meatballs. The waitress was super, very pleasant and helpful, giving us extra plates to share the order. Highly recommend making a reservation early in the day as they fill up fast."
