"My mother-in-law's 64th birthday. There were 12 of us. Starters arrived very slowly. Some guests were finished when the others got their starters. Starter platter for 2 people with 6 small slices of baguette. The bread that had to be ordered had to be paid for extra. A main course was forgotten, the guest later had to eat alone. The bill was almost 400 euros, when the individual billing was made it was pointed out that the ketchup had not been charged. We wrote it down on the bill. I assumed that the errors were due to the calculation of the ketchup I could have done without. The waiter argued with me. I paid in cash (didn't want to leave a tip). The waiter asked if I wanted the remaining money back. We left the restaurant, the waiter ran after us and said that there were still 75 euros missing. Big theater.... the end of the song... of course there was no money missing. No apology...no remorse...no insight My mother-in-law's birthday was a failure and everyone's mood was in the basement. The charming older lady who served us was enchanting. Neokyma not recommended!!!!! Absolutely overwhelmed, no service No sensitivity!!!!!! We will NEVER come back!!!!!"
