"Warm and friendly welcome and a lovely interesting menu. The Chef's Selection sounds great but we felt like eating an abundance of small dishes. The wine list was well matched to the food and from varied regions and origins. All the food had excellent flavour, but we felt the bacalao had a very 'not quite thawed' texture and similarly the baby octopus, that without the sauce, would had little or no flavour. Both most evidently frozen. Yes real bacalao has to be frozen but it need not be texturally challenged by the freezing process. Everything else was excellent and served in a timely manner.Thanks to the great staff."
