"We've been going to 3 Margaritas for 8 years. Maybe twice in those years has the service been slow (both times due to huge parties). The food has always been good and they serve beer in frosted glasses, which is my fav for Mexican beer. It's not tex mex from San Antonio, but it's a good second!"

"Oh boy...we swung in for a refreshing mojito after a 30 minute Kohl 's checkout experience to lighten the disappointment. This did not help. The bartender was exactly what you want as the face of your establishment if you wish to prevent guests from getting in the way of your training program in the future. It was great that she had a trainee, don 't get me wrong...we really need to staff our restaurants. Sadly, as a trainer, she spent the entirety of our visit demonstrating what one should never do. Mojitos...I don 't like those . Let me find a manager and see if we even have mint. Nope. No problem at all, I 'll just have a draft beer . Sure...I 'll reluctantly draw that after I go show the trainee how to stare into a tablet for ten minutes, then go check on the other tables, she could have said. Here 's your beer, much of it still in the glass, plenty on the bar top. No napkin. It was at this point that I deduced that we were a disruption to the training. So when asked , reluctantly mind you, if we 'd like another, we said no. We 're gonna head out. To which she understood to mean that we 'd like to sit for another ten minutes while she ran her rounds to other tables, blathered mindlessly at the host stand for a bit, then finally came back to the bar to tab us out. A teachable moment for sure, sadly, not for the trainee in any way imaginable."

"I am absolutely disappointed with the food here. It was the most flavorless food I have ever had in my lifetime. The chips were so hard that I almost broke a filling. The tacos had absolutely zero flavor. Really really bad. We couldn't even finish half of a taco out of the four we ordered. Sad to say, but we left there and went to the panda express next door and got food there. We will not be going back to beltrans."

"Arrived at 5. First bartender was great we got food and drinks. She left to serve tables. Second bartender completely ignored us. He catered to his frequent customers. Never acknowledged our presence. We finally ordered from the manager?who came to ask how everything was. Our original bartender came back behind the bar made our drinks and slammed them down in front of us. Not sure if she was mad at us or the other bartender. We would have ordered more food but couldn’t handle the bad service."
