"We were very happy with our visit to Sylvia's. We arrived early and had a drink in the lounge adjoining the bar, then went to our table and chose our meals from the menu (with great difficulty as it all looked very appealing). My taste buds are tingling just thinking about it.You would probably class it is a special occasion restaurant as the prices are quite 'up there' - but so worth it. We won't wait for a special occasion to go again. You always get what you pay for, and the chefs at Sylvia's have what it takes to keep the diners happy.Desserts were great too - perfectly made Creme Brulee - yum!!Waiter service was not intrusive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our night."

"We tried Pepperoni the first time today. We ordered Meat Fiesta & Marinara Seafood Pasta. Kids loved the pizza esp the cheese. Would be better if the pepperoni were not so burnt but thats what you got in a wood fired pizza. Marinara Seafood was really good as well, not too heavy. The tomato sauce in the pasta was yummy! Will go back to try other items in menu!"

"Friendly phone ordering, somewhat expensive pizza, but when you factor in the convenience of delivery or kerbside-eftpos-pickup, it's hard to complain.We had a Boroughs and a Margherita and both were very tasty, loved the bases. I would love to see some sliced tomato on the Margherita though.Happy to order again, thumbs up!"

"Unfortunately this place is hit and miss. <br>

I have had some really poor quality food from here. A seafood pizza with extra toppings was delivered Luke warm soggy with not much topping on the pizza considering how overpriced it was. <br>
The pastas are very below average with next to no visible additives. Wh chicken or seafood. <br>
The salad I ordered had no dressing and no chicken in the salad I ordered considering I paid extra to add the chicken. <br>
Poor poor quality. Won't be returning unfortunately."

"Superior pizza capers is a food chain store, it is by far the best when it comes to pizzas! we have only discovered our local, at toowong and have to say that their margherita pizza and their range of broths are fantastic! the employees are always...friendly on the phone and over the counter and just to complete the dinge, the prices are worth money." a great choice if they need a take-away, or they can even eat there."

"Daughter chose venue as she had been before, but my first time. Surprised how busy it was for a Sunday night. From my observations seemed busiest along that strip. It is noisy. Had to ask for water which should be brought to table as soon as patrons are seated. Started with Bruschetta for two at $13.90. Pizza served on wooden board, and interesting that not all served with mozeralla (obviously authentic Italian way! . I had pizza with Napolitano which consisted sauce, capers, olives, anchovies and basil, on thin soggy base. It was tasty (more probably because I don't use salt in my own cooking and I enjoyed all those salty flavours , and for the amount of topping I thought $23.90 a bit expensive. Hubby had the Gamberino pizza which he enjoyed, consisting of garlic prawns, mozeralla, bocconcini, chilli and parsley costing $29.90(ouch! . Daughter had the Gnocchi which she found delicious $27.90 plus one birthday drink -ginger beer. Did ask for a docket but not intemised, just total of $107.10, that made the ginger beer over $11, that was an expensive drink! Should have queried it. Is it a venue I'd tell my friends they had to rush and try, probably not, but based on the patronage it is obviously a go to place for many!"
