"I ordered the chicken pizzaoila sandwich. It is my first time to visit/eat here and everything is full of taste! I'm impressed. The garlic bread we had today was top animal. In any case will try again for more food!!"

"We went to this Outback on a Thursday evening, 6pm, for a birthday party for our 11 year old grandson. There were 9 of us, a mix of children and adults. Our server, Colson, or Carlton, we never really figured out his name, was pretty great despite half of our group being kids. He had other tables to deal with, which he did, and managed our group as well. Of course he also had a great support staff, bringing our appetizers, running the food, bringing the A1, extra ketchup, etc, whatever was needed. We had some issues with a few entrees, unfortunately all of our baked potatoes were not done, that was disappointing. My son in law did request a replacement, but my husband and I just let it go, there was already too much going on with a crabby toddler. I did try my grandson's, and his was not done either, but he was too excited about his birthday to really notice the undone baked potato. If his had been done, I would have snaked it for sure. My chicken was dry, but my steak and my lobster tail were great. My daughter, the worst one for this to happen to, had an overcooked steak, and she is absolutely unforgiving, as always, so the second I saw her face, I knew the steak was going back. It did take a bit for Colson to get to us, and my daughter was getting frustrated, she took the baby outside to feed her and we were able to get the steak replaced without any fuss. I'm pretty sure the head chef/lead cook, brought out the replacement steak, just as my daughter was coming back in, so the timing was perfect, as was the replacement steak. We were disappointed that there wasn't any kind of birthday recognition for our grandson, but maybe that is just not a thing anymore. I guess we all expected at least a dessert for the grandson, maybe Outback doesn't participate in birthdays like we thought they did. Overall, after everything came to an end, I will close and say that this could have gone either way, but because Service was good, I am giving them 4 stars."

"We have been many times to this location and it was hit or miss on margarita consistency. We sat at the bar this time and had a young female bartender. She was great, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She also makes an excellent rocksmargarita. Food was good tex mex as usual, always enjoy the fajitas there."

"Casa ole is still the classic Mexican restaurant in Texas. The chips are always good and the salsa is not bad either. The food itself is something above average Mexican food in Texas. Fantastic service on this special."

"Great atmosphere. The food is great as well. Very kid friendly menu/beverages and the staff just as friendly. If you don't have good drinks(if you drink) and good food at this establishment you were robbed of the experience you should of had. I come here often and was never let down each time."

"Super friendly staff! Sam was the bartender since they opened and is very knowledgeable. Chill vibe but is modern enough for a formal dinner if necessary. The restaurant is located in Nordstrom on the second floor. You can actually buy with your alcoholic drink! I haven't had any of the other menu items yet than the Margarita Pizza a few months ago and it was good."

"The food was mediocre at best. The most critical flaw was the training and management of staff. It seemed as if there was no proper order and just pure chaos. Half of the employees just seemed confused (but of no fault of their own). Clear roles were not delineated and this caused massive hold ups in food delivery times. A well trained, seasoned manager either was missing, not apparent, or did not execute their role properly. Also, please, keep the AC at a reasonable level. It is way too hot for an establishment of this calibre to be 80+ degrees inside. The food itself, honestly, not worth the price. I have had Hop Doddy's in Austin before, it was far superior of an experience than this. Save your time, and your money. Go elsewhere. 2 stars because we got maybe 8 different samples of free shakes."
