"This is the third winter that we have gone to La Corona. Our waiters Alberto "Gato" and Mario are always great and are happy to bring you anything from the menu. My husband and had three shrimp cocktails, an order of ribs, four orders of shrimp, an order of garlic fish (all with sides), two Pacifico and two Margaritas all for $259 pesos each! We will be back before we depart in March. We had a question about a monument that had gone up since last year and Gato ran over, checked it out and told us what is was all about. Can't be that a waiter and tour guide all in one!"

"El colmo es que TripAdvisor solo publiqué las publicaciones buenas, deberían poner todas. El hotel es viejo y con un mantenimiento muy malo, el personal de recepción parece que te hace un favor al llegar, es un hotel todo incluido donde tanto la comida como la bebidas en de muy mala calidad, si quieres tomar un agua embotellada en tu habitación tiene costo adicional, el aire acondicionado de la habitación es una porqueria o te congelas o lo apagas, no sirve el termostato, las almohadas y el colchón son viejos y muy incómodos, la verdad me sentí robado, compre un todo incluido y tuve que hacer mis comidas y cenas fuera del hotel ya que de verdad es muy mala su comida, el desayuno en el restaría te el Patio es lo j ido rescatable y esto más bien por el servicio del personal del mismo.El ver un certificado de excelencia de TirpAdvisor en la recepción del hotel parece una burla, seguramente no se han hospedado ahí."

"We had breakfast several times at this restaurant when we stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel. The food was consistently outstanding, well presented and delicious. The service was excellent. They have a nice selection of specialty coffee and tea as well. We also enjoyed delicious cocktails and the best guacamole and chips. I loved the hibiscus margarita, so refreshing! There are both indoor and outdoor areas which are comfortable with beautiful views."

"This Port Bar is located inside the port area and has been in operation since 1998. If you are hesitant to venture out of port on your own into town you can hang out here for drinks and do your shopping right in the area....Also returning from a tour or town this is not a bad last stop before boarding your ship.The place is lively with music blasting away. My wife and I have stopped here upon returning from town for drinks and had a fun time."

"While spending time in Mazatlan, the occasional urge for an authentic American burger can creep in. I happened upon a restaurant in Old Mazatlan at the Plazuela Machado. It is a plaza surrounded by excellent restaurants and is a gathering place for music and festivities among locals and tourists alike. One of the restaurants found there is "Beach Burger. ". I ordered the namesake "beach burger" meal and was pleasantly surprised to get an awesome authentic hamburger that was not only delicious but was enough to feed two. It came with some pretty decent fries and all the trimmings of an American made meal. The service was good even though they were quite busy.Nothing negative to report on this one for me. If you go, bring an appetite or plan on carrying off a midnight snack."
