"Food was terrific, service outstanding, friendly and prompt. They had a band that was so loud we couldn't hear each other even when we were shouting. Very disappointing to have spent this much money for what turned out to be an excruciating experience. We complained to both our server and the hostess. They agreed the music was much too loud. DO NOT go here if the band is going to be playing!!!"

"My friends and I came here for dinner before going to a play in Palo Alto. Since happy hour was taking place when we arrived, we all decided to get the specials to share. The food and drinks that we wanted arrived quickly after we placed our order. The wait staff are very friendly and I would like to commend our waiter, Raymundo, who was very attentive to our needs as well as having a sense of humor. This was our first time coming here and will plan to go back in the near future."

"Read the reviews. This is my first negative review ever but I think it’s important for people to understand what you’re paying for. All food is Costco or Sams frozen food. $30 before tip for a hockey puck-sized sams chicken fried chicken and frozen cod. Potato flakes were cold and completely unflavored. Water served in red solo cups with no ice. Food served on paper plates and we had to get it ourselves. Asked to have it microwaved and it stood in the food window for another 10 minutes. Save yourself $10 per plate and just get a frozen dinner at the Dollar General across the street."

"I don't know what happened. I had pasta carbonara here for the last 6 years. It was perfect all the time. All of a sudden, the last 2 times we ordered, the bacon was burnt, and made the carbonara taste absolutely burnt. It was inedible. Since we ordered to go we basically had to throw it away. We tried again few days ago. The burnt flavor was not that intense, but the bacon was still burnt, black burnt pieces everywhere, the sauce we loved was not there anymore... I don't know. This dish was our favorite dish of all time. And it is not anymore. We are a bit heart broken. Unsure if the cook is different, if the owner has changed, I don't know. But the pasta carbonara is not the same. Sadly."

"Ist time out after the pandemic started and, we went dine in for meal. The restaurant was pretty empty (I think other tables) so distancing not an issue. They also do have outdoor dining set up, but I preferred the indoors. The restaurant is large inside, and we sat in a booth. The meal was nicely prepared, and the wait staff was very attentive. I have eaten here many times and never disappointed. It was nice to sit down to a prepared meal once again after a year of delivery and cooking at home. The waiters always were wearing face masks and checked with us frequently to see if everything was satisfactory. If you're looking for some tasty Italian cuisine and cozy surroundings, I would recommend you give this restaurant a try."
